WODSTYLE Return & Warranty Policy

At WODSTYLE, we stand behind the quality of our products. Whether you’ve changed your mind or encountered a technical issue, we’ve made our process simple and transparent.

1. Unopened Items: 30-Day Free Return

If you change your mind, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns of unopened products, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
How to start: Contact us at info@wodstyle.com. Once accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Used Items: 1-Year Warranty & Replacement

For products that have been opened or used, we offer a 1-Year Warranty to ensure your satisfaction.

Coverage: This covers manufacturing defects, functional failures, or damages during transit.
The Process: 1. Contact info@wodstyle.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. 2. Our support team will evaluate the issue within 24-48 hours. 3. Once the defect is confirmed, we will provide a Free Replacement or Professional Repair Service depending on the situation.
Note: Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper personal use or accidental drops.

3. Damages and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will prioritize these cases to make it right at no extra cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
Custom/Personalized products.
Personal care goods (beauty products/hygiene items).
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
Sale items and Gift Cards.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be in its original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund under this regulation.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the transaction.
