1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location:

Yes! All WodStyle electronic products come with a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This ensures your tech gear is protected against any manufacturing faults.

2. I have a problem with my product. What should I do?

Don't worry, we've got you covered. Please contact our support team at info@wodstyle.com with your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue. We typically respond within 24 hours with a solution (replacement, refund, or troubleshooting steps).

3. How do I claim the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee?

We want you to shop with confidence! If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, here is how to claim your guarantee:
👉 Contact Us: Email us at [info@wodstyle.com]within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
👉 Get Approved: Our team will quickly review your request and send you a Return Authorization along with simple shipping instructions.
Ship It Back: Send the item back in its original condition and packaging.
Get Refunded: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
Note: For defective or wrong items, we cover all return shipping costs. For returns due to personal preference, the customer covers the return shipping fee.

4. How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days. The time it takes to appear in your bank account depends on your card issuer (usually 3-7 additional days).
